Well, well, well, blogger, we meet again!
You've become a lot more popular since my friends urged me to abandon you for livejournal--I think you're even in the dictionary now! John McCain might even know what a 'blog' is.
Well, maybe not.
Because livejournal is blocked by the government and All the Cool Kids Are Doing it, this will be my journal for my semester in Beijing. Here I will mostly bitch and moan, which is to be taken as a sign of affection for my current situation, offer glib remarks that should be interpreted as hysterically witty, and share some of my favorite Chinglish and strange China experiences. Any poignant or thoughtful sociopolitical observations are an accident and should be disregarded.
